ABOUT THE GIRL
i live and work in bucharest as a freelance pattern designer. i have a background in graphics and industrial design and am obssesed with fonts and colours. i find inspiration in old b&w movies, flea markets, street style fashion and in scandinavian design patterns. currently i am in love with bird cage designs.
ABOUT TAKEAWAY
takeaway is a brand i launched two years ago, in order to sell my pattern&design concepts. the name is mainly related to the idea that my designs are ready to be taken away by customers, and to emphasize the concept i used supersized chinese takeaway packaging for most of my bags. right now my i am focusing on textile patterns, and on expanding my ideas towards fashion design.
